How can our business or organization sponsor LadyFest?

Looking for a great way to support women, indie performers, filmmakers, and crafters while advertising to a heap of grass-rooted devotees? LadyFest San Anto is currently accepting proposals for sponsorship. For more information please direct all sponsorship and donation questions to contribute@ladyfestsatx.org. We expect this year's event to be a great success, so we mean business when we say get those proposals in soon!

Other types of support include:

• Monetary donations to help offset production costs and to help pay for honorariums.
• Food, bottled water, beer, and wine donations are also greatly appreciated.
• Host a LadyFest fundraiser or house party in our name - a great excuse for a party and wonderful way to support female solidarity.
• Purchase an event pass for you, a friend, or a family member.
• Purchase LadyFest merchandise other promotional items
• Buy an ad in the event program
• Tell everyone including your co-workers, parents, primos, neighbors, and estudiantes, about the event.
• Donate items needed on the event wish list
• Volunteer you time, skills, and knowledge.

I don't have the cash for an event pass, can someone volunteer during LadyFest?

Volunteers will be given free admission to LadyFest San Anto with lots of love and appreciation from event organizers. Please show up to sign up for volunteer shifts and orientation during one of our volunteer recruitment parties. If you can't make it out to one of these events, and you would still like to volunteer a few hours of your time please email volunteers@ladyfestsatx.org. Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering the night of the show or during preproduction.

Volunteer jobs we are looking to fill include, but are not limited to:

• Security and Entry during events
  
• Clean up - Set Up - Break Down
  
• Hospitality and Errand running
  
• Backstage work, film projecting
  
• Technical assistance
  
• Outreach

To earn a full pass, one must work 12 hours. To earn a partial pass, one must work 8 hours. We may or may not have jobs for everyone. We are primarily looking for volunteers to work 12 hours to cut down on training and coordination.

• Airline tickets or frequent flier miles
• Bottled water/beverages for performers
• Catering donations for performers
• Hotel accommodations - rooms to lend for visiting panelists, speakers, or performers
• Digital cameras or film
• Batteries - all sizes
• Drawing pads, poster board, high-quality paper
• Writing supplies (drawing Pencils, crayons, pens, markers etc)
• Digital audio and video supplies and equipment (PA systems, mics CD-R, DVD-R etc)
