INFORMATION ABOUT PASSES

Full Passes will cost $35 through Hog Wild Records at 1824 N Main Ave, San Antonio Texas. Full passes include admission to all events on a first-come space-available basis. Admission is NOT GUARANTEED, so if you want to make sure to get in, you might want line up early for "bigger" events. An event pass will get you into all official LadyFest San Anto events, including:

All evening shows at various venues all within walking distance of each other
All daytime events
All LadyFest sponsored preview parties, drag shows, and special events
All art shows and screenings
All panel discussions, speeches, and workshops

NOTE: Some workshops, or discussions, may be for women only - trans-women welcome. Gentlemen with passes will not be able to participate during these occasions, but simultaneously there will be other events for men to attend.

There are no refunds or exchanges, line up subject to change, and a photo ID is required for all events intended for ages 21 and over. In the event of cancellation(s), refunds WILL NOT be issued. No individual band, performer, artist, panelist, workshop, film is GUARANTEED. If the entire festival is cancelled, obviously you will get a refund. If this happens we will post instructions online.
